Reef Entertainment, the publisher responsible for Free Running, is proud to announce that Rogue Trooper: Quartz Zone Massacre will be launched across Europe on Friday 27th February 2009.

Rogue Trooper, a genetically engineered super-soldier from the pages of iconic UK sci-fi comic 2000 AD, represents Reef’s first foray onto the Nintendo Wii platform and promises to be one of the Wii’s most exciting and engaging 3rd person shooter titles yet.

Peter Rezon, managing director of Reef said, “We have high hopes for Rogue Trooper. The tactical use of stealth as well as the all-out action fit perfectly with the Nintendo Wii interface, providing exciting and immersive gameplay. Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH has confirmed the content of its latest free download for PES 2009 for PLAYSTATION3, Xbox 360 and PC-DVD.

Due for download at the end of February, the update will bring all club sides’ rosters in line with all the moves and transfers made before the end of the January 2009 transfer window. Hundreds of players have been updated and corrected in line with their moves, with approximately 200 new players added to the game for the first time. The stats of thousands of players have also been refined, in line with their performances so far this season.

The download demonstrates Konami’s commitment to continually updating PES 2009, with further exciting downloadable content set for release in the coming months.

D3Publisher of Europe has released Four new revealing screenshots of it’s upcoming game Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers. The game will be available on the Wii and is due for release on February 27 2009.

Capcom Europe have announced a Street Fighter IV Arcade Machine UK Tour.

Capcom®, a leading worldwide developer and publisher of videogames, can today announce a whirlwind Street Fighter IV tour of locations up and down the UK, allowing gamers a chance to sample the greatest fighting game of all time in its original form ahead of the console release, and potentially win some exclusive Street Fighter IV merchandise.

Starting in Edinburgh, the machines will sweep down into England crushing all other games that fall before them. The tour is expected to continue beyond release, with further dates to be added, but the current dates and locations are as follows –

29th January – 1st of February
Edinburgh’s Gamestation on Princes Street (EH2 4AH)

5th March – 8th March
Hull’s Gamestation in Prospect Centre (HU2 8PW)

Street Fighter IV is set for release on February 20th on PS3 and Xbox 360.

NIS Europe Has released new screen shots of Mana Khemia: Student Alliance on PSP. The game is due for release on March 10 2009 in the US and is TBA for Europe.

Capcom has released pictures of the Resident Evil 5 Limited Edition box art.The Box art specified in the press release is for the French,Spanish and Italian versions of the game,but it’s likely that it will be the same throughout the PAL/EU region.

Resident Evil 5  is due to be released on March 13 in both North America and Europe.

Eidos recently announced details about the first DLC for Tomb Raider: Underworld.  The first of the two packs (Beneath the Ashes) will take place after the Underworld story has finished and will send Lara back to the remains of Croft Manor where she uncovers a massive series of never before seen caverns and age old crypts used to protect and hide a deadly source of power.

Unfortunately at the time of writing we have no information on the second downloadable level (Lara’s Shadow), but will post more as soon as we do.   Beneath The Ashes will launch on February 10, 2009 while the second level (Lara’s Shadow) will be released on March 10.

As well as new levels the packs will also contain six new costumes and an additional 125 achievement points.  Both packs are exclusive to the Xbox 360.
